Where others would have given up, our service technicians find a way
Even in June, the northernmost areas of Scandinavia present particular challenges when it comes to accessing remote wind parks.
The roads can often be impassable for vehicles – even off-road 4x4 trucks and snowmobiles cannot cope with the rough terrain covered with debris, ice and snow.
But giving up is not an option! To ensure that their work could be completed on time and before weather conditions worsened, our team made a a last minute risk assessment (LMRA) and decided to load the materials and tools they needed onto sledges and go the rest of the way on foot.
The results speak for themselves: with plenty of motivation, the right equipment and a lot of physical exertion, even extreme conditions can be overcome. When even the technology fails, you can still rely on determination and your own two legs!
